An update on our services.

Digital Making in-person events (Resuming shortly)
Digital Making online activities (Running as normal)
E-Safety face-to-face support (Resuming shortly)
We're asking you to social distance where possible.
Due to rising Coronavirus infections, we now ask that you keep a 2m distance between you and others at our services. We continue to practise our strict COVID-19 cleaning measures and face coverings are already mandatory as per England's Plan B response (unless medically exempt).
The reason for this latest update is because we have a lot of vulnerable people that come to our services for digital inclusivity support. We really want to protect everyone as best as possible.
Face coverings update.
England is moving to Plan B in response to the risks of the Omicron variant, which will affect how we run some of our services.
Face coverings are now mandatory in our indoor venues, so you must wear a face covering at any of our digital inclusivity support services (unless medically exempt).
Also, based on new guidance from the National Youth Agency, we ask anyone aged 11 or over to wear a face covering when attending our digital making activities.
This will help us protect our volunteers, and the people who use our services. Your safety has been paramount, and we have been working hard since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 to keep everyone safe.
We thank you for your understanding!
How we are staying COVID-secure.
You must now wear a face covering again (unless medically exempt)
Hand sanitiser is continuing to be available throughout our venues for you to use.
Frequent cleaning using hospital-grade cleaning equipment, proven to kill COVID-19 on surfaces.
Where possible, we are continuing to allow for social distancing at desk spaces at our services.
We are keeping windows and doors open to allow ventilation.
We encourage you to continue to scan the venue QR codes to Track & Trace on the NHS COVID-19 app.
